1. Warranty and Product Replacement
All digital software products sold by Licence Key Premium LLC come with a 180-day replacement warranty.
If you experience issues activating or using a product key, our team will work with you to resolve the problem or issue a replacement key when applicable.

2. Refunds Will Not Be Issued In The Following Cases
Refunds cannot be issued in the following circumstances:
- Redeemed or Activated Products: Once a software product has been downloaded or the product key has been redeemed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.
- Compatibility Issues: Refunds are not available if the software is incompatible with your system and compatibility requirements were not verified before purchase.
- Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be issued if you decide you no longer wish to use the product after it has been delivered.
- Incorrect Version Purchased: Refunds will not be given if you purchase the wrong version (e.g., Windows key instead of Mac). However, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

3. Digital Product Delivery (License Keys)
All digital license keys are delivered electronically to your email address within minutes of purchase.
Because software license keys are unique and non-returnable, once delivered or redeemed, they cannot be refunded.

- An incorrect product version,
we will promptly issue a replacement within your warranty period after verification.
4. Microsoft Product Key Policy
Once a Microsoft product key is added to your Microsoft account, it becomes permanently tied to that account and cannot be removed or refunded.
Before purchasing, please ensure that you select the correct version of the product for your device.
If there is an issue with activation or the wrong key was provided, we will replace it under our 180-day warranty policy.
